Ahh, at this point I don't use noopept. Its interesting, but its not what I am looking for in terms of cognitive enhancement. I prefer the prescription amphetamines given by the doctor for Attention Deficit Disorder. A lot of environmental pollutants mess with our hormones and metabolic function, so its really a Band-Aid over the problem.

Right now, I prefer looking for supplements/methods that improve the metabolism of the body naturally and boost focus in a natural way. I take GNC garlic, buffered vitamin c, fish oil, vit D & K2, milk thistle, and try to exercise enough. Rhodiola Rosea is actually a pretty good one too. I've recently tried Galangal, and its great for both focus and libido XD

Yes, I don't recommend overusing Nutmeg. Just a little goes a long way, like they do in curries.

As far as I know it is Galena. I've tried from RealIthmidKohl, and it seems like the same type of powder. The ithmid was also referred to as "antimony" in the past, but that may have been due to a mistranslation or mis-naming of the kohl stone.
The kohl powder that I made for myself is from a Peruvian galena stone I bought online on Ebay.

This was the same problem with the study that was done on saccharin. Due to rats having a protein that humans lack it was categorized as a carcinogen when it is actually perfectly safe for humans to consume.

People do not like to be criticized and it is easy to accept a one dimensional opinion about 'too high contrast' without digging down into the details. But if people continue to criticize a design choice, then maybe the design choice should change?

By the way, it is easier to highlight text and reading white on blue is MUCH easier than reading silly gray on white. When people pay real money for a web design (or anything else) make sure it helps your customers; experts are not always correct.
